I’m starting the draft of this a bit early to make sure I share some points that were on my mind during our walks this week. The cypress trees are starting to drop some needles at a local park and when I walk through that area it reminds me of fall and the scent of pine or of walking through a forest of fir trees in Vancouver. I love every second of that part of the walk.
This week we’ve had some splendid sunrises and some post sunrise magical displays of sunlight through trees. We also got the joy of being surrounded by bright blooms at another local park. As someone who might love plants “too much”, I am enamored with being in a garden full of flowers and trees and shrubs. The earth below me, the sky above me, the foliage surrounding me… my bliss.
Find the good. Share the good. It’s there if we just look for it.
