Most days it feels as if the population of the world is sharing a collective sense of unease as if a pending catastrophe is on the horizon. That weird energy is contagious and possibly the scariest disease of all. Yet, in the midst of all of this I find small moments of sanctuary in nature. My active meditation reminds me that the world has seen many terrible and beautiful things over the course of thousands of years. My little human brain can’t comprehend it all, but my human soul can feel it.
