Mornings, A Photo Journal – Week 2

Most days it feels as if the population of the world is sharing a collective sense of unease as if a pending catastrophe is on the horizon. That weird energy is contagious and possibly the scariest disease of all. Yet, in the midst of all of this I find small moments of sanctuary in nature. My active meditation reminds me that the world has seen many terrible and beautiful things over the course of thousands of years. My little human brain can’t comprehend it all, but my human soul can feel it.

The photos below are some of my favorites from my morning meditation walks. No matter how wonky life becomes, there is always hope. Each day is a new day to create the life we want.

Not a fan of shoes. Love trails, painting, the sky, Dr. Who, Sherlock, and my little spotted dog. Founding member of Team FlashFoot. Obsessed with taking photos of the sky and flowers. Would rather be working in the yard than in a group of people. Sundays are made for margaritas.
